Termite Control in Houston, TX

You have a good reason to be scared of termites. Each year in the United States, termites cause more than $2.5 billion in property damage, repair and control costs — costs that are rarely covered by homeowner’s insurance. Because termites eat any wood-based material, from the foundation to the furniture, they are on the minds of millions of homeowners who want to protect their investments. Clearly you are not alone. The good news is, the Sentricon® Termite Colony Elimination System can help.

Debugger Pest Control is an authorized service provider for the Sentricon Colony Elimination System as well as for the use of Termidor. Each product has its advantages in specific situations. That is our job, to inspect your home and make the appropriate recommendations for treatment.

  • Mud tubes on walls located outside or inside the structure, which often disappear into cracks of masonry, in and around doors and window frames or along siding. Termites construct mud tubes to protect themselves as they bridge from soil to wood. The tubes can be 1/8 inch in diameter to several inches and can extend many feet across solid surfaces.
  • Hollow-sounding wood in walls, baseboards and floors should be inspected for termite damage. Termites eat from the inside of the wood out, so damaged wood is sometimes very difficult to detect.
  • Bulging walls — aboveground carton nests of Formosan termites can make inside walls bulge
  • Dead termites or termite wings around windows, doors, heating vents, or in bathtubs and sinks.
